I gave it a shot

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the lobby and staff were welcoming, the room needed improvement. The shower had cleanliness issues, and the air conditioning was quite loud. Breakfast was decent, but overall, the quality didn’t meet expectations for the price I paid. A mixed experience that leaves room for betterment.

Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options including homemade pastries, and the swimming pool area provided a nice atmosphere. However, the air conditioning in our room was extremely loud, interrupting our sleep, and the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. furniture by the pool was worn and the room cleanliness was lacking. At over $300 a night, the experience did not reflect the price.

Clean, spacious rooms with a kitchenette made for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service to the airport was a hassle, arrived late and overcrowded.

During our stay with elderly parents, we thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable King Studio and the convenience of having a full kitchen. The pool area was lovely, and we appreciated the proximity to the beautiful blue wave beaches, which was perfect for our family outings.

My kids wished that the pull-out couch was more comfortable for their sleep needs.

The staff was super friendly, and the place was clean. We loved relaxing by the pool and took a quick trip to the nearby casino. The breakfast was great, and the rooms had everything we needed, including comfy beds and fast Wi-Fi.

The only downside was that there were a lot of people trying to get on the free shuttle, and if you don't book ahead, it can get a bit chaotic.

The hotel had a lovely decoration that felt inviting and warm, perfect for us seniors. The areas were spacious, and the easy access throughout the hotel made it a breeze to get around, even for those needing extra support.

More seating in communal areas would be helpful.

This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, fitness center, and outdoor pool. The staff helped me with the best local taxi tip on my first stay. Highly recommend for a city trip!

I enjoyed a lovely stay with a spacious room and a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for making my own meals. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, making mornings easy and enjoyable. However, the only downside was that the coffee provided in the room was not up to par.

Loved the large room with separate kitchen and living area! The waffles for breakfast were awesome, and the pool was a nice touch. The clean atmosphere made me feel right at home.
